How can you relax?

- Take a walk in nature. Movement is important for the body to relax. For example, stress can often accumulate in the body and by walking you can ‘move it out’. Nature has a positive influence on relaxation. Fresh air and greenery can help you relax. Let go of the ‘fact’ that you have to walk a certain distance and preferably don’t take a phone with you (or keep it in your pocket during the walk).
- Read a book. Reading is a calming activity and can help you relax your mind. A book with a story works well for this, in contrast to many self-help books, for example, where your brain actually switches on. In addition, provide a soothing environment for reading or read in nature!

This vegetable substance can contribute to the adaptability of organisms in stress situations. This is done using a series of intra- and extracellular signals that have often been scientifically described but not yet fully understood.
Ashwagandha contributes to normal resistance to stress, acts as a natural sedative and can have an uplifting effect. For Goldea Health’s Ashwagandha, the extract KSM-66 has been used and the amino acid L-theanine has been added.
