What are sleep supplements?

One such hormone is melatonin. Melatonin regulates your day and night rhythm. As soon as it gets dark, your body starts producing melatonin and this makes you sleepy. Melatonin production may be disrupted for various reasons, such as short winter days, jet lag, stress, aging, smoking, too little daylight and too much blue light before sleeping.
