Sodium Ascorbate & Bioflavonoids
Our vitamin C has a nice form, Sodium Ascorbate. This form is gentle on the stomach and the best form in terms of absorption. We have added bioflavonoids from citrus. These have a nice synergy with Vitamin C. Bioflavonoids are water-soluble substances that are found together with Vitamin C in fresh fruits and vegetables. They thus increase the bioavailability of vitamin C and the effect of vitamin C in the body is increased.
What foods contain vitamin C?
