Dietary supplements are food or drink items that are intended to supplement the normal diet. They are a concentrated source of one or more micronutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect. Vitamins are the best known nutritional supplements. But there are many more. Think of products with minerals, herbs, fish oil or probiotics. All intended as something extra on top of the daily diet and for maintaining good health.
Because our dietary supplements: consist of 100% natural ingredients; be highly dosed; be very absorbable; are offered for a fair price; also suitable for vegans.
Naturally, the ingredients of our dietary supplements are natural, but we also use a vegetable capsule or softgel. And the latter is especially a challenge, because gelatin is often used. We use pectin. Pectin is extracted from the skin of fruits and is therefore not animal-based, unlike gelatin. This means that our products are completely plant-based and are therefore very suitable for vegans.

Based on scientific studies and in collaboration with natural scientists and pharmacists. For example, look at our curcumin. Not only do we use the best curcumin, we also add bioperine (black pepper extract). This ensures that your body absorbs the curcumin twenty times as well.
Better not. The recommended daily dose has been determined with great care and is based on health care recommendations.
There can be several reasons for this. Many people do not manage to get the right amount of nutrients every day. Moreover, our earth is depleted and our food no longer contains the amount of vitamins and minerals it used to contain. In certain circumstances, such as during pregnancy, sports, aging or chronic illness, your body needs extra nutrients. In addition, people choose a supplement for its specific effect, such as for a good night’s sleep, to support strong bones or for a natural calmer in stressful situations.

The expiration date is stated on the packaging. On average, the food supplements have a shelf life of three years.

That depends on when you place your order. Your first payment is always debited immediately. With a recurring delivery, your second payment will always be charged two to six days before your next delivery.
This way you will receive your new nutritional supplements on time and you do not have to place an order again. Goldea Health works with monthly doses, so that we know exactly when your supplements are used up.
Yes, of course you can. You pay per order and can stop after each order. If you have any questions, you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Logistically and administratively, it works efficiently to let the customer pay in advance. Do you find this annoying? Let us know and maybe we can arrange something.
Normally at Goldea: ordered on working days before 5 p.m., delivered the next day. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee you at the moment due to the crowds at PostNL due to the corona virus. We expect your order to be delivered within two to five business days (and hopefully sooner!). Has your package not arrived after five working days? Send a message to email@example.com.
The order will be sent and delivered with PostNL.
The letterbox shipping box is a flat box that fits through a standard letterbox (26.5cm x 3.2cm). If during delivery it turns out that the package does not fit, the postman will offer it to your neighbors or at a PostNL collection point in your area.
The products are shipped in a letterbox box. Have you ordered more than four small boxes, two large boxes or a large box and two small ones? Then your order will be sent by parcel post with PostNL.
Of course, although your package just fits through the letterbox and you do not have to stay at home for this. Don’t have a mailbox? Or is your package sent via the regular parcel service? When placing your order, indicate that you would like the package to go to a PostNL collection point.
The shipping costs depend on the amount of your order and from 30 euros free. This also applies to recurring orders.
The packaging is made of durable cardboard. Delivery is via the letterbox, which increases the chance of a successful delivery. This saves time and money that benefits all of us, including the environment.
Unfortunately, the account number cannot be changed in your account just like that, because the payment is made by direct debit. This direct debit must always be authorized first by means of a payment. What you can do is cancel your subscription and take out again on the new account number.
First of all, it’s great that you want to choose repeatability. You can indicate with your order that you want to receive the chosen product monthly; of course this is also possible for several products. Then choose the option: ‘repeat ease’. They are then delivered at the same time. After you have chosen the repeatability option, you pay for the order via your shopping cart and you give permission to use a direct debit for future orders that are linked to the repeatability option.
You will always receive your order around the same day of the month. This is completely automatic and you don’t have to do anything. Do you want to know when you can expect a package? This can be done easily via your account, where you can see when your next delivery is scheduled. If you have not received a track & trace code within three working days after the planned delivery date, please contact us and we will check with you.
Yes, this is definitely possible! You can easily manage your subscription within your Goldea Health account. If you click on ‘my subscriptions’, you will see an overview of your current subscriptions. If you then click on ‘view subscription details’ you will see the option to pause your subscription. You can indicate a reason here and also immediately choose a new start date.
In principle, we do not have a strict notice period. If you want to stop repeating ease, this should of course be possible. Make sure that you are scheduled to stop no later than a week before the next shipment. Otherwise, your package may already be prepared for shipment. You can always find this date in your account. Have you already received a shipping confirmation? Then your order is already on its way and unfortunately we can no longer stop it.
First of all, we are of course very sorry that you want to stop repeating ease and we hope to see you again in the future. Click on ‘my subscriptions’ in your account, here you will see an overview of your current subscriptions. When you click on ‘view subscription details’ you will see the option to cancel your subscription. You can indicate a reason here and then we will say goodbye to you. If you want to come back after a while, you can always do that.

You have the right to cancel your order within a period of fourteen days. You can then return the order to us, provided the packaging is unopened.
If you wish to return part or all of the order, you must inform us. This can be done in writing (letter with reason for return with your package) or by e-mail. You can then return the package to our return address: Goldea Health B.V. Faraday Street 14 6718 XT Ede The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
We will refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction. The amount will be refunded within fourteen days.
