Who is Goldea Health?

Goldea Health is a Dutch brand with high-quality dietary supplements made in the Netherlands for a fair price. The recipes for our supplements have been developed on the basis of the latest scientific insights and in collaboration with natural scientists and pharmacists. We work with high dosages in combination with substances that ensure optimal uptake. All products are suitable for vegans.

Can I buy Goldea Health in shops as well?

We only sell Goldea Health dietary supplements through our own webshop.

Who is behind Goldea Health?

A team of experienced natural scientists, pharmacists and enterprising women. More than 25 years of experience in the industry has culminated in the creation of the Goldea Health brand.

What are dietary supplements?

Dietary supplements are food or drink products that are intended to be used as a supplement to a normal diet. They are a concentrated source of one or more micronutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect. Vitamins are the most well-known dietary supplements. Yet there are plenty more. Consider products containing minerals, herbs, fish oil or probiotics. All of these are intended as an addition to your daily diet and to maintain good health.

Why are Goldea dietary supplements unlike other supplements?

Because our dietary supplements:

  • are made out of 100% natural ingredients;
  • have high dosages;
  • are easily absorbed;
  • are offered at a fair price;
  • are also suitable for vegans.

What makes these food supplements vegan?

Of course, the ingredients of our dietary supplements are natural, but we also use a plant-based capsule or softgel. The latter is especially problematic given that gelatine is often used. We use pectin instead. Pectin is extracted from the peel of fruit and is consequently, unlike gelatine, not of animal origin. This means that our products are wholly plant-based and therefore highly suitable for vegans.

Will there be more varieties of dietary supplements in the future?

Absolutely, we are constantly expanding our product range.

How are the formulas of Goldea Health put together?

On the basis of scientific studies and in collaboration with natural scientists and pharmacists. Check out our curcumin, for example. Not only do we use the finest curcumin, we also add bioperine (black pepper extract). This enables your body to digest the curcumin twenty times more effectively.

Can I take more than the recommended amount?

It is better not to do that. The recommended daily dosage has been determined with the utmost of care and is based on recommendations from the medical sector.

Why should I take a dietary supplement?

There may be various reasons for doing that. Lots of people fail to get the right amount of nutrients every day. What is more, our earth’s soil is depleted and our food no longer contains the amount of vitamins and minerals it used to contain. Under some circumstances, your body needs extra nutrients, such as during pregnancy, sports, aging or chronic illness. Furthermore, people choose a supplement for its specific effect, such as for a good night’s sleep, to support strong bones or as a natural relaxant in stressful situations.

How should I store my dietary supplements?

Store your dietary supplements in a dry place at room temperature.

How long is the shelf life of the dietary supplements?

The expiration date is indicated on the packaging. On average, dietary supplements have a shelf life of three years.

How can I pay?

You can use the following payment methods on our website:

  • iDEAL (once if you opt for a repeat order, thereafter by direct debit).
  • Paypal (single orders only).
  • Credit card: MasterCard or Visa

When do I pay?

That depends on when you place your order. Your first payment will always be debited immediately. In case of a repeat order, your second payment will always be debited two to six days before your next scheduled delivery.

Why should I opt for a repeat order?

That way, you will receive your new dietary supplements on time and you will not first need to place a new order. Goldea Health works with monthly dosages, so we know exactly when your supplements are finished.

Can I easily cancel my repeat orders?

Yes, this is an option, of course. You pay per order and can cancel after each order. If you have any questions, you can always email info@goldea-health.com.

Why don't you work with deferred payments?

From a logistical and administrative point of view, it works very efficiently if the customer pays in advance. Does this bother you? Then please let us know and perhaps we can arrange something.

Frequently asked questions about deliveries

When will my order be delivered?

Usually at Goldea: ordered on weekdays before 5 pm, delivered the next day. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot always guarantee you this due to the pressure on PostNL caused by the coronavirus. We expect that your order will be delivered within two to five working days (and hopefully sooner!). Has your package still not arrived after five working days? Then please send a message to info@goldea-health.com.

Which delivery company do you work with?

The order will be sent and delivered by PostNL.

What happens if the box does not fit in my letterbox?

The letterbox-sized postal box is a flat box that fits through a standard letterbox (26.5cm x 3.2cm). If at the time of delivery it turns out that the package does not fit through the letterbox and you are not home, then the postal worker will deliver it to one of your neighbours or else to a PostNL collection point nearby.

I have ordered several items at the same time. How will they be delivered?

The products are sent in a letterbox-sized box. Have you ordered more than four small boxes, two large boxes or one large box and two small ones? Then your order will be sent by parcel post via PostNL.

How much are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs depend on the value of your order and are free of charge from 30 euros and above. This also applies to repeat orders.

How sustainable are your deliveries?

The packaging is made of sustainable cardboard. Deliveries are made via the letterbox, which improves the chances of the delivery being successful. This leads to savings in time and money that will benefit all of us, including the environment.

Can I also have my order delivered to a collection point?

Of course, although your parcel should just fit through the letterbox and so you don’t need to stay home for this. You don’t have a mailbox? Or will your parcel be sent via the regular parcel service? When placing your order, please specify that you would like the package to go to a PostNL collection point.

Frequently asked questions about repeat orders.

I have repeat orders and I want to change my bank account number.

Unfortunately, you cannot simply change the bank account number in your account, because the payment is done via direct debit. This direct debit must always first be authorized by making a payment. What you can do is cancel your subscription and re-subscribe using your new bank account number.

I would like to select a repeat order. How does this work?

First of all, of course, it’s wonderful that you want to opt for the convenience of a repeat order. You can specify with your order that you would like to receive the chosen item on a monthly basis; of course this is also possible for more products. Then choose the option: ‘repeat order’. They will then be delivered at the same time.

After you have selected the convenient repeat order option, you can pay for the order via your shopping cart checkout and authorize the use of a direct debit for future orders linked to the repeat order option.

I opted for a repeat order. When will I receive my next delivery?

You will receive your order around the same day of each month. This is fully automated and you do not have to do anything for it. Do you want to know when you can expect a package? This can easily be done via your account, where you can see when your next delivery is scheduled. If you have not received your track & trace code within three working days after the planned delivery date, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Can I also pause repeat orders?

Yes, this is definitely possible! You can easily manage your subscription in your Goldea Health account. If you click on ‘my subscriptions’, you will see an overview of your current subscriptions. When you click on ‘view subscription details’ you will see an option to pause your subscription. You can specify a reason here and also choose a new starting date.

What is the notice period for repeat orders?

In principle, we do not use a strict notice period. If you want to cancel a repeat order, this obviously should be possible. Please make sure to cancel at least one week before your next delivery. Otherwise it could be the case that your package has already been prepared for delivery. You can always check this date in your account. Have you already received a confirmation that your package has been sent? Then your order is already on its way and unfortunately we are unable to cancel it.

I want to cancel my repeat order. How do I do this?

First of all, we regret that you want to cancel your repeat order and we hope to see you again soon in future. Click on ‘my subscriptions’ in your account, where you will see an overview of your current subscriptions. When you click on ‘view subscription details’ you will see the option to cancel your subscription. You can specify a reason here and we will then bid you farewell. If you want to come back after a while, then of course, that’s always possible.

I have moved and now I want to change my address. How do I do this?

You can easily change your address in your account. Once you log in you will immediately see your (old) address. You can change that there. Do not forget to save your changes.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Click on ‘forgot your password?’ when you try to log in to your account. Follow the steps and choose a new password. If we can help you with anything, then please get in touch with us.

How do I log in?

Logging in on your phone or tablet is easy via the menu button at the top of the website. You will find the option ‘log in’ on the menu, this is where you can enter your email and password. If you view our website on a desktop, it is even easier. You can simply click on ‘log in’ at the top right.

How can I return my order?

If you wish to return part of, or the entire order, you will need to let us know. This can be done in writing ( a letter with the reason for returning with your package) or by email. Then you can send the package back to our return address:

The direct costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the purchaser.

How long is my cooling-off period?

You have the right to cancel your order within a period of fourteen days. You can then return the order to us, provided the packaging is unopened.

How long does it take before I receive a refund for a returned product?

We will refund your payment using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction. This amount will be refunded within fourteen days.
