Also better known as the young woman behind Academy The Health. Vienne decided to start eating plant-based at an early age. Through trial and error, she discovered that eating 'just plant-based' does not come naturally. It is very important to make a controlled transition to a completely vegan diet. After doing a lot of literature research, she has become aware that, especially as a vegan, you have to pay close attention to which vitamins you consume. Because unfortunately, just taking extra vitamin B12 is not enough. 

It has become her mission to help other vegans (to be) get the maximum health benefit from their vegan diet. Vienne wants to make you feel good about your plant-based diet, without you having to worry about whether you are getting the right nutrients! 

Vienne is currently an intern at the hospital and a trained nutritionist. Viënne has also conducted research into plant-based eating among children at Erasmus MC.
