Goldea Health is a Dutch brand with high-quality nutritional supplements from Dutch soil for a fair price. The recipes for our supplements have been developed based on the latest scientific insights and in collaboration with natural scientists and pharmacists. Dietary supplements are food or drink products that are intended as a supplement to normal nutrition. They provide a concentrated source of one or more micronutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect. Vitamins are the best-known nutritional supplements. But there are many more. Consider products with minerals, herbs, fish oil or probiotics. All intended as something extra on top of the daily diet and to maintain good health.
Because our nutritional supplements:

- are very easy to absorb;

- are also suitable for vegans.
Of course, the ingredients of our nutritional supplements are natural, but we also use a vegetable capsule or softgel. And the latter is especially challenging, because gelatin is often used. We use pectin. Pectin is extracted from the peel of fruits and is therefore, unlike gelatin, not animal-based. This means that our products are completely plant-based and therefore very suitable for vegans.

Based on scientific studies and in collaboration with natural scientists and pharmacists. Look at our curcumin, for example. Not only do we use the best curcumin, we also add bioperine (black pepper extract). This ensures that your body absorbs the curcumin twenty times better.
That's better not. The recommended daily dose has been determined with the greatest care and is based on healthcare recommendations.
There could be several reasons for this. Many people fail to get the right amount of nutrients every day. Moreover, our soil is depleted and our food no longer contains the amount of vitamins and minerals it used to contain. In certain circumstances, such as during pregnancy, exercise, aging or chronic illness, your body needs extra nutrients. In addition, people choose a supplement for its specific effect, such as for a good night's sleep, to support strong bones or as a natural calmer in stressful situations.
Store your nutritional supplements in a dry place at room temperature.
The expiration date is stated on the packaging. On average, the nutritional supplements have a shelf life of three years.

That depends on when you place your order. Your first payment is always debited immediately. For a recurring delivery, your second payment will always be debited two to six days before your next delivery.
This way you will receive your new nutritional supplements on time and you do not have to place an order again first. Goldea Health works with monthly doses, so we know exactly when your supplements have run out.
Logistically and administratively speaking, it is efficient to have the customer pay in advance. Does this bother you? Then let us know and perhaps we can arrange something.
Normally at Goldea: ordered before 17.00 p.m. on working days, delivered the next day. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee you at the moment due to the crowds at PostNL due to the coronavirus. We expect your order to be delivered within two to five business days (and hopefully sooner!). Has your package not arrived after five working days? Then send a message to email@example.com.

The letterbox shipping box is a flat box that fits through a standard letterbox (26,5cm x 3,2cm). If it turns out that the package does not fit during delivery, the postman will offer it to your neighbors or to a PostNL collection point nearby.
The products are shipped in a letterbox box. Have you ordered more than four small boxes, two large boxes or one large box and two small ones? Your order will then be shipped by parcel post with PostNL.
Of course, although your package will fit through the letterbox and you do not have to stay at home for this. Don't have a mailbox? Or will your package be sent via the regular parcel service? When placing your order, please indicate that you would like the package to be sent to a PostNL collection point.
Shipping costs depend on the amount of your order and are free from 40 euros. This also applies to recurring orders.
The packaging is made of sustainable cardboard. Delivery takes place via the letterbox, which increases the chance of successful delivery. This results in time and money savings that benefit all of us, including the environment.
Unfortunately, the account number cannot simply be changed in your account, because the payment is made via direct debit. This direct debit must always first be authorized by means of a payment. What you can do is cancel your subscription and resubscribe on the new account number.
First of all, it's great that you want to opt for repeatability. You can indicate when placing your order that you would like to receive the selected product monthly; of course this is also possible for multiple products. Then choose the option: 'repeat convenience'. They will then be delivered at the same time.
After you have chosen the repeat convenience option, you pay for the order via your shopping cart and give permission to use a direct debit for future orders that are linked to the repeat convenience option.
You will always receive your order around the same day of the month. This is completely automatic and you don't have to do anything for this. Do you want to know when you can expect a package? This can be done easily via your account, where you can see when your next delivery is scheduled. If you have not received a track & trace code within three working days after the planned delivery date, please contact us and we will take a look.
Yes, this is definitely possible! You can easily manage your subscription within your Goldea Health account. If you click on 'my subscriptions', you will see an overview of your current subscriptions. If you then click on 'view subscription details' you will see the option to pause your subscription. You can indicate a reason here and immediately choose a new start date.
In principle, we do not apply a strict notice period. If you want to stop repeatability, this should of course be possible. Just make sure you stop at least a week before the next shipment is scheduled. Otherwise, your package may already be prepared for shipment. You can always find this date in your account. Have you already received a shipping confirmation? Then your order is already on its way and unfortunately we can no longer stop it.
First of all, we are of course very sorry that you want to stop repeating and we hope to see you again in the future. Click on 'my subscriptions' in your account, here you will see an overview of your current subscriptions. When you click on 'view subscription details' you will see the option to cancel your subscription. You can indicate a reason here and then we will say goodbye to you. If you want to come back after a while, you can always do so.
You can easily change your address in your account. When you log in you will immediately see your (old) address. You can adjust that here. Don't forget to save the changes.
Click on 'forgot your password?' when you try to log into your account. Follow the steps and choose a new password. If we can assist you with anything, please contact us.
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days. You can then return the order to us, provided the packaging is unopened.
